The Role\: Order Management Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Order Management Administrator to help us execute order admin functions.

What will you do?

 

Executes order administration functions to perform order processing transactions such as order entry, modifications, incompletion log thru Oracle and bFOManages and administrates Service Contracts and related activities.Takes ownership of all orders, ensures administrative support is carried out.Communicates directly with internal customers, AMs, Sales Reps, Field Service, and other cross functional departments to ensure accuracy in orders and to answer general questions regarding services and order statusEnter Purchase Orders on a timely mannerMeet the goals set by the team to achieve KPIMaking sure correct Quotations and Contracts are being usedMonitor individual backlog by checking pending orders to ensure timely and accurate entry of all ordersIdentify and communicate possible changes to process and procedures to ensure best practices.Handle order distributionAdditional responsibilities include filing and continuous cross-training and uptraining in all forms of order entry.
