Ensures accuracy and accountability of Sales Orders (on-prem and OCI) through Fusion transactions; prioritization verifications with OCI order management and services teams, Sales support organizations, planning organizations and internal/external manufacturing sites; transaction documentation; process and procedure verification and development; and system reviews.
Proactively ensure backlog alignment with forecasts, plans, commits and customer Need-By dates.
Adjust Fusion system dates/sources via system transactions, either via keystroke updates or RPA automated updates
Liaise with internal sales and/or order management groups to monitor customer requirements and alignment
Support implementation and testing of process and systems improvements
This will require excellent leadership, collaboration, and analytical skills. Learning agility and program management skills are critical for success in this role, as the successful candidate will be expected to manage moderate to high complexity supply chain optimization projects. Adaptability and speed of execution are also essential for success in the current global supply chain environment.
