Role Responsibilities:
Communicates with contacts typically within the team on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring some explanation or interpretation in order to reach agreementMaintain files for all documents createdSupport Supply Chain planning and purchasing team with various paperwork alignment, follow-up & reporting, including Deferred Cost of Goods Sold alignment, Drop Ship & purchase part tracking.Provide administrative support for department as needed as well as performs special projects as assigned by manager.Ability to communicate and work with individuals outside of plant via virtual meetings.High comfort level speaking in front of an audience, including senior leadership.Minimum Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a production environment, preferably metal manufacturing.High School DiplomaMid-level understanding of Excel/other Microsoft applications & computers. I.e. Filters, Pivot Tables, creating Formulas.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Organized individual capable of reprioritizing work as needed.Preferred Qualifications:
