DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

Leverage technology and process improvement to remove roadblocks throughout the end-to-end process (order placement to payment)

Build collaborative relationships with internal and external parties to execute day to day informational, product, pricing and transportation needs across multiple accounts

Manage and plan order activities on a frequent basis and ensure all tasks are completed and accurate in the operating systems

Coordination of order-related tasks and information, including but not limited to, track and trace of shipments, exception management, inventory reconciliation, inventory forecasting and replenishment, invoicing and reconciliation of claims and credits, and pricing

Act on exception orders through problem solving and processing orders that do not flow through the system properly by working with the client, transportation service providers, distribution partners, product supply partners and any other relevant third party to mitigate the impact of any issues

Maintain item-level data in company systems, e.g. pack sizes, pricing, and commodity descriptions

Maintains contact with customers and vendors to ensure a continuous supply of goods

Collaborate with leadership on identifying and implementing efficiency or performance improvements

Determine root cause and resolution for service failures, e.g. late deliveries, etc. to minimize impact to customer deliveries)

Provide excellent levels of customer service through proactive, professional communication and prompt responses to customer inquiries 

Execute and leverage reporting to enhance the customer experience, improve process and to distribute operational information to the team

Perform to tactical and operational KPI targets

Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

High school diploma or GED

Minimum 2 years of customer service or account coordination-related experience

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs, including the understanding of Excel macros and ability to determine the root cause of breakdowns within Macros

Demonstrated strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Process-oriented; ability to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in existing processes

Demonstrated customer orientation, commitment to customer service excellence

Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate information that requires some explanation or interpretation

Strong attention to detail

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to think creatively and strategically to resolve issues in a timely manner

Compensation Range

$21.44 - $44.62
