Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid on day shift. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.

The role is responsible for operationally leading and executing backend operation processes of Order Management (Order to Delivery/Procure to Pay), ensuring that processing is done with high quality – accurate, timely and complete.

BA in Finance/Supply Chain/Accounting/Business or equivalent with strong foundation and experience in a shared service environment
Knowledge of financial reporting implications of transactions within Supply Chain – sourcing, procurement, and customer order delivery
Understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX /Internal Control Requirements – additionally, continue to attend trainings on these topics to remain adequately informed and knowledgeable.
Basic domain knowledge of Aftersales related processes (Supply Chain, Order Management and Materials Management for CCA)
Working knowledge of SAP and other GM systems as required for the assigned position (systems and level of knowledge necessary will vary – employee must be willing to continuously learn the GM systems landscape and functionality)
Basic understanding of KNIME, Power BI and other automation tool available to GM

Experience in the following:
External Customer and Supplier Management
Administration of Dealer Claims for Vehicles and Parts & Accessories
Calculating and updating prices for Parts and Accessories sold to Allied and Non-Allied Parties
Preparing and releasing monthly price bulletins and reports
Managing Pricing workflow tool for requests to update in SAP purchase and selling prices
