The Order Management Team is looking for an Order Management Analyst. Order management refers to the process of receiving, tracking, and fulfilling customer orders. The order management process begins when an order is placed and ends when the customer receives their package.
As an Order Management Analyst, you will be tasked with the following:
Delivering high-quality, error-free Sales Agreements and complete SFDC records
Completes customer orders based on order types: New Account Activation, Downgrade/Downsell, Upgrade/Upsell, Upgrade with Downsell, Downsell with upsell
Process feature activation, solve then sold, phones and devices set-up, sales agreement updates, requests from Proserv and Proof of Concept (POC).
Implements changes to systems or processes based on new company policies or procedures
Works closely with the Deal Management team to ensure accurate order entry
Works with the Billing team on billing inquiries that originates from order entry
Monitoring customer accounts to identify problems and resolve issues before they become serious problems for the company
Job Requirements:
Candidate should have at least 2+ years of related work experience
Must be processed, systems and product-oriented
Highly organized
Innately curious and problem solver
Knowledgeable with Salesforce
