Job Title: Order Management Associate
Purpose: The Order Management Associate is an integral part of our Value Recovery Team. This person shall work in partnership with the Value Recovery Team to support the end-to-end secondary market sales and sourcing activities. This includes management of daily sales and purchase orders from multiple secondary market partners. This includes the ability to lead the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process within the Secondary Market channels.
Basic Qualifications:
• Associates degree and/or previous work experience in a product resale or distribution environment
• Demonstrate substantial experience or a willingness to learn how to process orders and manage returns using internal systems
• Proficient in the use of Apple computers
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to support the business
Supporting Qualifications:
• Strong organization and time-management skills; ability to maintain a fluctuating workload and varied job tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing customer accounts throughout the sales process to include order accuracy, invoicing, shipping and tracking information and customer account financial reconciliation by verifying and posting customer payments and other transactions related to accounts receivable.
• Knowledge and experience using internal systems to support order and inventory management
• Ability to work cross functionally to support receiving, finance, and logistics departments.
• Aid the Value Recovery Team in onboarding and setup of new customer relationships
• High enthusiasm towards learning about new wireless products, devices and technology trends
• Basic knowledge of new and refurbished Apple products and the marketplaces in which they are sold
• Energetic and self-motivated with a strong drive for sales and performance management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service mindset with both internal and external interactions, with an ability to meet customer needs
• Strong analytical and judgment skills
• Willingness to develop a skill set in providing management with sell-through and historic sales reports regarding the pricing of refurbished Apple products across multiple product categories and sales channels.
