Job Title: Order Management Associate Job Code: 21322 Job Location: Lynchburg, VA Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off Job Description: L3Harris is seeking an Associate Order Manager responsible for coordinating with Finance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Product Management, Sales and Contracts as needed to facilitate the completion of orders. Essential Functions: + The role requires management of a daily backlog report, understanding of basic accounting principles, and the ability to work within standard business processes. + Daily tasks are mostly independent. + Perform excellent organization and communication skills + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office products + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a team environment + Ability to work overtime as needed. Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree and 0 to 2 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 4 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
