Lead and oversee company order processes complete lifecycle and handle evolving business requirements; Act as liaison between various departments to ensure business needs are handled timely and accurately; Handle other duties as assigned.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily management of orders to ensure correct parts/pricing. Oversee orders from placement to completion. Knowledge and understanding of all contracts between customers and company; ensure accurate orders are being placed/processed. Ensure customer portals an all other communication platforms used are maintained and updated in a timely manner; seek and communicate optimization of process as needed in order to streamline effectively.Act and liaison between various departments such as but not limited to customer service, operations, asset management, sales, and billing. Collaborate with department teams to ensure efficient processing of orders and timely resolution of issues. Communicate product/part issues to appropriate departments in order to correct as needed. Communicate pricing issues to necessary department for updates to customers and/or product pricelists. Identify consignment order issues and work with team to provide necessary order training for the customer.Perform system transaction troubleshooting in order to identify issues with order processing. Troubleshoot, seek, and communicate enhancement to the current system processes used; coordinate improvements with various department such as inventory, customer service, sales, and billing.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and handles all other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the company.QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma; 0‐2 years relevant experience; College Degree in related field preferred
