Order Management Coordinator

• Accountable for E2E order to invoice activity.

 

This position comprises the customer facing part of the supply chain. Covers the execution process after order intake as receiving and validating customer purchase order, equipment & service order management, procurement and delivery process support, and invoicing for the customer teams in the markets.

• Triggers task creations for transactions (EG purchase orders, sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, letter of credit to Business Process Owner (BPO) order management operations and monitors timely completion).

• Manages ordering of products (HW, SW, Services).

• Collaborate proactively with stakeholders & provide order management support to Market Operations Units, Business Groups & Finance.

• Support E2E order to invoice process execution and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

• Effectively manage BPO to ensure timely and accurate order processing. 

• Coordinate/be as an interface with Knowledge Specialists in process issues. 

• Interface all organisations interacting in the supply chain & Financial escalation topics linked to the Customer contract execution

• Contributes to all logistics tasks in daily business/order execution, e.g., constraints solving and escalation management.

• Contributes towards the enhancement of overall quality of processes and guidelines

• Adherence to Order Management processes, tools and SOX compliance.

• Provides informal guidance and support to new team members with regard to the procedures to follow and the specific tasks required to perform the job effectively.
