RBO provides professional SAP support to Market Organizations (MO) of AP region. We drive operational efficiency in back-office functions so that units can focus to provide value to customer. We constantly learn SAP E2E process and make sure that each MO's business process is implemented efficiently in SAP. Our Opening and Your Responsibilities:

Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to contribute to an efficient order-to-billing process? We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team. If you thrive in an international environment and are dedicated to ensuring accuracy and efficiency, this role is perfect for you!

Your tasks (We Welcome Fresh Graduates):

Acknowledge sales orders, service orders and enter into SAP, according to the agreed set of business logic, workflow, priority schedule planned and also establish local set of guidelinesExecute and manage order processing transaction accurately and promptlyReceive and carry out directions as provided by team leaderAlways demonstrate accuracy of workReview documentation and work following process laid outSchedule work to be completed within set timeframes.Communicate with teams/peers and team leaders to optimize work completion.Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and meet Development PlanSupport cost reduction and/ or process improvement initiativesWhat You Need to Succeed

Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken)Basic knowledge in MS Office skillsGood focus on detailsExperience on similar position will be an assetWe welcomes Fresh Graduate to applyFlexibility to work during Odd Hours and Public Holiday

Additional Information: 

You are required to come into the office everyday from Monday to Friday. (this is a 100% onsite position, there is no work from home arrangements)Our current office location is in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam. Please note that we will be moving office to PJ33, Petaling Jaya targeting this September, 2024.
