Order Management Intern with German
Join our team as an Order Management Intern where you’ll support the vibrant DACH market and play a pivotal role in managing customer orders, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the standardization of sales support team workflows. **Your Role:** + Manage incoming customer orders, including systems, options, and upgrades, overseeing and coordinating the process to ensure order information is complete and correct before booking. + Proactively collaborate with Account Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the Supply Chain team. + Ensure timely handover of cases to order management following the agreed policy. + Provide support in standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales support team. **You're the right fit if:** + You are a student with at least two years of studies, eager to gain hands-on experience in order management and supply chain operations. + You possess strong communication skills, are well-organized, and have a good knowledge of Excel. + You’re fluent in **German** (B2 level is required) and can communicate easily in English. + You have a strong attention to detail and analytical skills for order information completeness and correctness. + You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are quick to adapt and learn, and bring an energetic approach to your work. + You are available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week. **In return, we offer you:** + 6-month internship based on a civil contract with competitive remuneration. + Flexible working hours, easily adaptable to your university schedule. + Possibility to build your career in an international company that brings innovations that matter. + Work in an international environment and the possibility to use English in everyday activities. + Discount for Multisport card, which enables you to use a wide range of sports and recreation facilities across Poland. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
