Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage internal and external customer service activities, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance, claims management. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant functions to ensure complete case ownership and increase customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by analyzing statistics, including forecasting, pacing, etc., using available tools and collecting relevant information, and takes appropriate actions to improve process efficiency. The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Area in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tManage local Order Management team and communicate the expected delivery dates based on the customer’s need and the capability of the organization.•\tLead local Operations Planners, Master Schedule Planners, and Material Planners in processing orders that are less than the standard lead time, assuring 100% on-time delivery can be achieved for these orders.•\tOversee the use of SAP tools, existing or newly developed, to create world class customer experience that schedules and tracks customer orders from PO to delivery and reduces cycle time.•\tMonitor schedule adherence to ensure issues that jeopardize on-time shipment are known and any unavoidable delays in shipment are flagged early and proactively communicated to customers.•\tLead the quality improvement process, including overseeing the identification of root causes for deviations from schedule and directing follow-up improvement actions.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, industrial or similar engineering.\t7+ years of experience in Fabrication of electrical products, working in in project execution roles with direct customer interaction in the electrical market.\tDesirable use of SAP.\tExperience using Excel.\tExperience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and coordination within team.\tUpdate commitment dates with clients.\tAttention to detail.\tReview information on orders that are complete to have a good shipping date.\tServe all external clients.\tAdvanced English.\tA collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
