Responsibilities
• Administration of customer Quotations Contract , I,e change , modify , create , coordinate for closure
• Sales Order Processing ie - create sale order as per requirement of the process like packed goods, bulk order , FOC , express sales Oder handling
• Create Sales Order with Letter of Credit (L/C)
• Monitor orders - like rejections , modify , resolve block orders
• Sales Order support - Complaint handling , create consignment billing , return , pick up as per the process
• Customer Support - Daily supervising the assigned orders and exceptions validations
• Support Payment Collection
Qualifications/Experience we seek in you
• SAP ERP experience
• Proficiency on Excel (Formulas, Filters, Lookups, Pivot etc.,)
• Customer Focus, Listening, Attention to Detail, Data Entry, documentation, Multi-tasking abilities required
Minimum qualifications
• B.Com Graduate
Preferred Qualifications
• Preferred - Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration
