Order Management Processor

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage customer sales orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and billing details. Monitor and track order status from entry to delivery, providing updates and resolving any order-related issues or delays. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely fulfillment and shipment of orders. Validate order data against customer agreements, promotions, and inventory availability. Maintain accurate records of orders, changes, cancellations, and customer interactions within SAP and related systems. Respond to inquiries from internal teams and customers regarding order status, stock availability, and delivery schedules. Support month-end closing and reporting activities related to order processing and delivery. Identify and escalate system or operational issues that impact order processing. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and SOPs.
