We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Professional to join our Bayswater team. This permanent, full-time role is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service and process excellence, who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
About the Role:
As an Order Management Professional, you will work in a small team, providing first-class customer service to our valued clients, plus you will get to use your top-notch administration skills to track orders, co-ordinate logistics and resolve queries. You will be the go-to person for making things happen!
Key Responsibilities:Order Management: Process and manage sales orders with precision, ensuring materials, pricing, stock, and freight details are accurate.Customer Service: Handle inbound calls and voicemails promptly, keeping customers informed on order and backorder statuses.Invoicing: Perform manual invoicing and address any open billing issues by month-end.Logistics Coordination: Work with freight forwarders, factories, and warehouses to ensure on-time deliveries and communicate ETAs to customers.Administration: Oversee customer returns, stock allocations, and debtor queries, while ensuring purchase orders are closed efficiently.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and support improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:Experience: 2+ years in order management, logistics, or a related role. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.Skills: Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.Collaboration: A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
