Job Description

As an Order Management Rep, you will manage the quick and efficient processing of customer/purchase orders for repairing defective 3rd party electrical and mechanical products.

You will provide "world class" customer service to 12-15 customer locations, which includes managing approximately 250 repair orders ensuring of quotes, delivery promises, and order status to the customer; guide quick resolution of pricing, quality and delivery issues.

You will also be a liaison with Accounting to resolve any account payable discrepancies.Create and distribute daily or weekly reporting of departmental metrics, may need to help develop new metrics.

Work hybrid from Cuautitlan, Mexico.

Your Responsibilities:You will work for the total order cycle time.You will collaborative work to improve customer service rate, execution time, costs and service Indicators.You will negotiate directly with Rockwell distributors and local repair suppliers.You will develop plans to improve times.

The Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor in any related areas.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Advanced English.1 year of experience in SAP and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).1 year of experience in Supply Chain and in the customer service function.
