Order Management Specialist

Job Description Summary:

The Order Management Specialist will process orders in Salesforce. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining renewal records in Salesforce with accurate pricing, customer and product information. They will partner with the Renewal Account Executive (RAE), maintain renewal quote data, and follow through with the RAE on outstanding renewals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Process new orders (80%)Review Salesforce opportunities for approved quotes from Sales.Update Salesforce to make any needed adjustments/corrections for order accuracy.Process and fulfill the order (including proper license key delivery).Ensure invoices are properly generated and delivered.Manage small-to-medium-sized customer renewal records in Salesforce(15%)Maintain accurate customer renewal records in Oracle, including the addition of Consumer Pricing Index price increases.Follow the established renewal cycle process to ensure the generation of timely quotes.Responsible for initiating timely renewal reminders.Post renewal, ensure invoices are properly generated and delivered, and next year’s renewal record is accurately generated.Track and update assets as needed to ensure appropriate level of entitlement, access, and support for customers.Customer Support (5%)Assist internal and external customers in resolving order-related issues that may require redirection via emails or phone calls.  Escalate to the Senior Order Management Specialist for resolution as needed.

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years’ work experience in Order managementGeneral knowledge and experience with computers and business office software (email, word processing, spreadsheet, Windows)Professional demeanorGood written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented; able to manage large volume of work

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in business or related-field, or equivalent experienceProfessional working proficiency in German, Italian, or French strongly preferredExperience with SalesforceExperience with ExcelExperience with software maintenance renewal activity

Education:

High School Diploma required

Travel Requirements:

Minimal <5%

Annual salary range for this position is between €20,177.00 - €30,265.00 gross before taxes.

Salary range applies only to candidates in Lithuania

Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
