Daikin Applied is seeking an Order Management Specialist to facilitate the processing of customer orders and act as a liaison between customers and our factories to ensure superior level of customer satisfaction.   

Location: In office, Staunton, VA.

 

What you will do:  

Processes orders to meet and exceed expectations in alignment with high quality output to provide top tier customer service Works independently to process orders while supporting an expanded portfolio of products Work with customers to resolve customer complaints to maintain customer relationships Partner with delivery team to resolve issues, determine root cause and identify ways to improve and ensure top performance with the customer and proactively mitigate non-compliance charges Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customer and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:  

High School Diploma or equivalent 1 or more years related experience Some conversational Spanish preferred Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
