**Join our dynamic Team of Sales Orders Schedulers at Philips Personal Health!** As an Scheduling Specialist, you’ll coordinate the allocation of Philips Personal Health products connected to purchase orders from our retailers and end consumers. You’ll be part of a team directly involved in driving sales of our globally recognized products like cutting-edge sonic toothbrushes, IPLs, shavers, and more. Already excited? We’d be thrilled to have you on board. **Your role:** + Ensure stock is distributed to customers according to aligned processes and priorities. + Manage communication about material code changes and coordinate their implementation. + Collaborate smoothly with stakeholders such as Customer Demand Planners and Supply Chain Business Partners. + Ensure process compliance and track and report KPIs related to process execution. **You're the right fit if:** + You have 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a similar area. + You have a strong command of English (minimum B2 level). + You can work under time pressure and have excellent organizational skills. + You have experience with SAP (or other ERP systems) and good knowledge of MS Office. + You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
