What your new role looks like?

Processing and execution of orders in the system (SAP) Contacts with customers via email/phone Close cooperation with various internal departments Organization of deliveries and material flow within the company in line with relevant regulations Handling warranty and return process Proactively raising improvement ideas

What do you need to make real what matters?

Good written and verbal communication in French and in either English or German Experience/background in logistics/customer service is a plus Knowledge of SAP Ability to work in a team Good communication and customer service skills Open-mindedness, 'can do' attitude and positive attitude to perform tasks
