Job Description

As an Order Management Specialist, you will become a part of a mature and knowledgeable team of order management specialists, who are directly responsible for the end-to-end sales order management performance of Philips’ largest customer and strategic partner. As such, your work will directly impact the customer experience and satisfaction of doing business with Philips, as well as support achieving the Joint Business Plan.

 
In this role you will be: 

Executing customer orders within Philips’ ERP system (SAP) as well as on the customer’s portal, coordinating the entire order delivery process in SAP ERP: master data, pricing, availability, changes, deliveries, incidentsManaging invoices and credit/debit notes; ad-hoc investigating in case of issuesTimely responding to various queries and ad-hoc request affiliated with order management, thereby acting as a process expertPreparing and monitoring relevant KPIs such as confirmation rates, down confirmations, cancellations, backorders, penalties, and disputes etc.Pro-actively proposing and implementing process improvement initiatives, with the goal of bringing performance levels higher and increasing efficiency within the team

You have previous experience in customer service or supply chain areaYou have fluent level of English and very good Norwegian level (min. B2)You have very good communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels, both internally and within the service providersYou are a pro-active, solutions-oriented workerYou know how to thrive in a complex and challenging environment

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
