Curries (an ASSA ABLOY company) is expanding our Order Management Team. This role will be based out of our manufacturing facility located in Mason City, IA.

What would you do as our Order Management Supervisor?
You will be responsible for leading an order management team that will be configuring engineered-to-order products. You will play an integral role in the overall success of your team and focus on optimizing team morale, quality and velocity while continuously improving customer satisfaction and employee experience.
You would also:
Maintain a high level of morale within the team. Work to continuously improve the quality of orders. Act as technical and professional mentor to team members, and serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and questions. Manage Order Processing employees daily, including, but not limited to, providing regular feedback, timekeeping, and evaluations. Serve as a liaison between team members and other departments, including the plant floor. Measure, evaluate and work to continuously improve morale, quality and productivity within a team. Coordinate Team Leads to maintain and improve the flow of work through the team. Effectively communicate verbally and in writing, both internally to team members and externally to customers. Help identify knowledge gaps and provide or facilitate proper levels of training for team members as needed. Stop action on work until quality concerns are resolved and to initiate and/or participate in identifying and implementing actions to correct existing and prevent future occurrences. Some overtime may be required. Perform other duties as required Continually promote a safe and harmonious working environment, demonstrating strict adherence to the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct and ASSA ABLOY Health & Safety Policy
What we are looking for:
High School Diploma or GED / Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, preferred Previous leadership experience with a demonstrated track-record of accomplishing goals through your team is required. Experience in hollow metal processing and systems, preferred. Ability to communicate between different cultures and take different languages into account during communication is required. General understanding of processing & manufacturing would be an asset. Ability to effectively lead others towards achievement of shared objectives. Excellent computer skills preferred (Word, Excel, Internet, email, etc.) Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, follow-up and a sense of urgency are required. Must excel working in a fast-paced environment.
