PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Parts production planning, Execution & Tracking of power plant Parts orders from order intake to delivery at customer end Ensure the meeting of the delivery requirements of customers with quality demands & planned cost within the framework of policy and guidelines of SL with the objective of achieving and exceeding the business goals.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Order Planning:

Reviewing of customer order and feedback to concern stakeholders in case deviations/concerns Coordination with engineering for release of Order BOM wrt customer orderCoordination with supply chain team for delivery requirements /Procurement philosophy

Order Execution

Coordination with Data Management for creating material master and uploading in Sale order in spridon as per BOM hierarchy Coordination with all relevant stake holders in case of any clarification wrt to order BOMExecution of spare parts orders as per customer requirements. Tracking of Parts orders in terms of deliverables.Monitoring of all the PR released as per Order BOM and maintained the recordsCoordination with supply chain team for on time conversion of PR -PO Coordination with all relevant stake holders (Engg./Customer/Supply chain team/quality etc) for strictly meeting the delivery requirements. NC and customer complaint managementExecution and controlling of order as per the customer PO requirements Regular update to customer about order status.Preparing Revenue forecast plan on monthly basis and chasing for the samePlanning for Bill to book orders and ensuring the deliveries. Emerge as the first and preferred point of contact for customers for QAP approvals, communications, status updates and notifications for interim/final inspection as per order.Release of production orders through spridon and its closing of the same on assembly completion and coordination with factory assembly team.Coordination with store, quality and supply chain for GRN clearing Issuance of Delivery note to storeCoordination with commercial for releasing dispatch documents Coordination with store, logistic for delivery to customer site and inform customer for the dispatches. Should be willing to travel at customer/vendor premises/sites 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

B.E/ B.Tech. Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from reputed college4-5 years of experience in Heavy engineering industryKnowledge of Large Steam turbines parts managementsGood interpersonal and communication skillsGood knowledge of material and planning module of Spridon Should be well familiar with varied transactions code for technical documents creations, attachments and its release in material master and its release in spridon Should be well familiar with creation of BOM hierarchy as per order requirements in sale order creations/modify section of spridon Should be well familiar with trouble shooting of varied spridon errors while creating the material masters, correct release of PR. Support to store, commercial for trouble shooting the errors.
