Then apply for a role in our Northern Europe Customer Service Organisation as our Order Operations Leader, where you will lead a team of Customer Replenishment Analysts to ensure that our customers receive finished products on time, every time. Key Responsibilities include:

Team Leadership: Set direction for the team, providing day-to-day support and escalation as needed.

Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to enhance collaboration.

Continuous Improvement: Lead projects focused on automation, simplification, and productivity improvements within order management.

Performance Monitoring: Ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, including service levels and cost-efficiency.

Technology Champion: Utilize digital tools and spearhead initiatives to streamline processes and improve results.

Job Qualifications

What We Look For:

Leadership Skills: The ability to inspire and engage a team while setting clear direction and goals.

People Management: Experience in leading a team, with a focus on coaching and development.

Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP is essential; additional experience with tools like PEGA, Power BI, Python, and SQL is a plus.

Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.

Demonstrated leadership skills and a strong passion for Supply Chain.

Strong verbal and written English language skills.
