**Job Title: Order Picker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Order Picker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for order picking using a Raymond cherry picker. You will utilize a screen on the picker to go through orders and use an RF scan gun to ensure product accuracy. Additionally, you will pack and palletize orders according to procedures, receive incoming products, conduct cycle counts, verify bin locations, and consolidate inventory as needed. **Responsibilities** + Order picking using a Raymond cherry picker. + Utilize an RF scan gun to scan products and ensure accuracy. + Pack and palletize orders following procedures. + Receive incoming products and note discrepancies. + Prepare products for storage in accordance with warehouse management system processes. + Conduct cycle counts and verify bin locations. + Consolidate inventory as needed. **Essential Skills** + Experience with cherry pickers. + Proficiency with RF scan guns. + Ability to lift 50 lbs. + 6 months of warehouse experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Picking/Receiving experience is a plus. + Experience with material handling, stocking, packing, and palletizing. + Forklift experience (stand-up and sit-down). **Why Work Here?** We offer a raise when hired on and participation in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). **Work Environment** You will be working in a large distribution/warehouse environment as part of a team of about 10 people. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, with two shifts available: 7am-4pm or 9am-6pm. You will have a 1-hour unpaid lunch break and two 15-minute paid breaks. Steel-toed boots that go above the ankle are required, as well as pants with no holes or frays and a shirt with sleeves (t-shirt, long sleeve, or sweatshirt). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
