**Job Title: Order Picker**
**Job Description**
Order Fulfillment Technicians are responsible for filling direct-to-customer and direct-to-retail orders using pick lists or software applications. This role includes loading and unloading conveyors, palletizing completed shipments, picking merchandise from bins or shelves, preparing and packaging orders for shipment, and ensuring the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.
**Responsibilities**
+ Load and unload conveyors.
+ Palletize (non-electric) completed shipments and move to outbound staging areas.
+ Pick merchandise from bins or shelves.
+ Prepare and package orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
+ Ensure completeness and correctness of all orders filled.
+ Supply products based on first-in-first-out procedures, utilizing the pull sheet to determine the correct sequence.
+ Assist with cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor.
+ Put inbound shipments into storage by following put-away rules.
+ Print labels using the appropriate business system.
+ Operate stretch wrap machine and stretch wrap products as appropriate.
+ Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (non-electric), carts, bins, and totes.
+ Demonstrate workplace behavior that is consistent with company policies and values.
+ Communicate job information to accomplish work tasks.
+ Maintain good attendance as defined by company and/or department policy.
+ Practice good personal hygiene and maintain a clean work area.
+ Exercise personal safety on the job and demonstrate a commitment to the safety of others and our products.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with order picking, inventory management, and RF scanners.
+ Ability to pick and pack orders accurately.
+ Proficient in loading and unloading tasks.
+ General labor skills including production and warehouse operations.
+ Computer skills for data entry and label printing.
+ Experience in using non-electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
+ Multi-tasking and process improvement skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, bend or crawl.
+ Capability to frequently reach with hands and arms, and communicate effectively.
+ Regularly sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
+ Frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
+ Push wheeled carts weighing up to 250 pounds.
+ Lift up to 25 pounds from the floor repeatedly.
+ Move up to 50 pounds from waist level to pallet (height varies from 6” – 48” from the floor) repeatedly.
+ Bend to floor level repeatedly.

**Work Environment**
SHIFT: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm Monday-Friday, with voluntary overtime usually starting at 5:30 am before the regular shift. Weekend work is minimal. Flexibility in shift timing may be available upon request. The team consists of only 15 members, so being a good team player is essential. There are no strict production goals, but everyone is expected to contribute equally. The warehouse is non-climate controlled, and the dress code includes solid blue jeans with no holes, tears, or rips, approved shoes, and solid color T-shirts with no logos. Beards must be neatly trimmed to fit masks properly, and all piercings must be removed at work. Phones and glass are not allowed in most work areas. This is a tobacco-free worksite.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Collegedale, Tennessee.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
