**Job Title: Order Picker** **1st Shift Hours:** 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (M-F) **OR** 8:00 AM -4:30 PM (M-F) + _Flexible hours; can pick between these two schedules._ **Pay Range:** $19.00 - $21.00 per hour ( _depends on experience_ ) ( _paid weekly_ ) + $1.00-$2.00 per hour raise upon hire on. **Placement Type** : temp-to-hire 520 hour duration. **Job Description** + Support the production floor and engineering team by pulling small parts and delivering them to the lines. Utilize hand carts, bins, and automatic/manual pallet jacks to handle materials. Use a computer to identify and print pick lists. Verify part numbers, quantities, locations, and work orders to ensure accuracy. Navigate stairs to retrieve necessary parts and use an elevator to transport carts of products to the first floor. The work environment is a warehouse area on the 2nd floor next to a large production area. A smock (provided) and safety shoes (not provided) are required. The area is managed by supervisors and leads who oversee material flow on computers.
