Our Order Process Operator assembles orders in all distribution areas using standardized processes. The Order Process Operator is responsible for accuracy and quality while making sure customer requirements are met. This is a first shift position. **THE ROLE** **In this role you will be responsible for:** + _Meet or exceed labor standards/KPIs as established in each operational area._ + _Must work with respect to the safety rules and procedures defined by Coty._ + _Maintain excellent safety performance._ + _Perform BOSS audits as required._ + _Perform required 5S duties._ + _Pick and Pack orders with an RF device while maintaining efficiency to meet or exceed established KPI goal._ + _Perform Quality assurance activities as required by the operational area._ + _Perform value add activities as required by the operational area._ + _Perform return goods operational activities while maintaining efficiency to meet or exceed established KPI goals._ + _Assist in resolution of operational issues as they arise._ + _Ability to accurately complete required paperwork._ + _Assist in training new team members on required processes of each functional area._ + _Interact effectively with all workforce levels to include internal and external customers._ + _Hazmat certification is preferred. Ability to achieve certification is required based on work assignment._ + _Other duties as assigned._ **QUALIFICATIONS** We’d love to see candidates who have: **Knowledge** + _Basic knowledge and experience of PC including: Microsoft Products, DLX, DCS, and ETQ._ + _Knowledge of Logistics operations is a requirement, to include warehousing, replenishment, product codes, picking, packing, and dock operations._ + _Full functional understanding of 5S._ **Functional/Technical/Physical Skills:** + _Must have communication skills and aptitude in computer related activities._ + _Training and/or previous experience with automated and/or RF systems._ + _Must be capable of performing basic mathematical operations._ + _Must be able to use root-cause problem solving techniques to resolve operational issues._ + _Must be able to clearly think, communicate, and react in high-pressure situations._ + _Must be able to successfully multi-task with challenging assignments._ + _Must be able to solicit and act on feedback from the operations team._ + _Must be physically able to climb stairs and/or crosswalks on the operations floor._ + _May be required to work at heights._ **Abilities:** + _Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization._ + _Ability to learn a new technology and apply it to daily activities._ + _Ability to be a self-starter and an innovator._ + _Ability to take direction and apply to daily activities._ + _Ability to identify and implement opportunities for improvement._ + _Ability to comprehend and apply work instructions to daily activities._ **This is a full-time position.** _This position requires the ability to work mandatory overtime to meet business needs either within the day and/or the weekend and business operates on multiple shifts._ _May be required to work on holidays._ **Work Environment:** _While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. Work environment could include exposure to varying air temperatures seasonally impacted._ **Physical Demands:** _The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job._ _Medium: Requires exertion of 21 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, or 11 to 25 pounds of force frequently, or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires about 6 or more hours of intermittent standing or walking in an 8-hour workday. Sitting may be required only intermittently and occasionally.
