Will primarily be responsible for creating quotations and processing purchase orders for a variety of machinery, spare parts, and services using QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills to help strengthen our customer relationships.
ResponsibilitiesGather order details and create accurate quotations.Process purchase orders efficiently in QuickBooks.Utilize Dynamics 365 to manage incoming RFQs and track the progress of each opportunity.Collaborate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Accounting to ensure all order requests are fulfilled.Essential Skills Order entryData entryOrder processingInventory managementProficiency in Microsoft OfficePurchase order managementClerical skillsOrder fulfillmentExperience with QuickBooksSales support
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
