Miller Brother Staffing in Lancaster, PA has the immediate need of an Order Selector for 1st shift. 

Pay Rate – $17/hour
Shift: 1st Shift:  Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Employee’s main responsibility will be to pick and pack orders from an order form provided Receives cart to use for customer orders. Selects and constructs appropriately sized boxes for shipment of order. Moves cart through the warehouse aisles and picks the corresponding products from the stock, places the correct product and quantity into the boxes, checking off as appropriate on packing lists. After completing the order, return cart to staging area. Tapes completed orders after accuracy checks, stack and load boxes using hand truck on package trucks Help maintain an organized, clean and safe warehouse – may be ask to cut down boxes and sweep Perform additional related duties as assigned. Requirements:
  Use carts, hand trucks and other gear to move items around Basic reading and arithmetic skills Enjoy working independently with strong attention to detail Have reliable transportation to here on time Physical Demands:  Must be able to move and lift up to 30 pounds frequently.  Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
