**Job Title: Order Selector** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our mailing department team. This role involves working within a warehouse setting while utilizing computer skills to process mailing and labeling tasks. **Responsibilities** + Select orders by hand within the samples warehouse. + Assist in cutting wallpaper to size. + Pack and prepare shipments for customers. + Stand for 8-10 hours during shifts. + Lift items weighing 10-15 lbs as necessary. + Read and follow detailed instructions to ensure accurate packing for specific clients. + Use computers to print labels and prepare packages for shipment. + Potential to be cross-trained in equipment operation. **Essential Skills** + Experience in packing, picking, and order selecting. + Proficient computer skills. + Warehouse experience. + Ability to read and follow instructions closely. + Competence in performing quality checks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with inventory management and RF scanners. + Production experience is a plus. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with room for advancement, providing a great pathway for career growth. **Work Environment** The work environment is akin to a retail store setting but operates within a smaller scale warehouse and manufacturing environment. The primary focus is on handling customer samples. The facility offers two shifts: 1st shift from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, and 2nd shift from 2 PM to 10 PM, with scheduled overtime from 2 PM to 12 AM. Breaks include two 10-minute breaks and one 20-minute paid lunch break, during which leaving the premises is not permitted. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
