Our client, a reputable distribution company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Order Selector to join their team in Lithia Springs, GA. The Day-to-Day:

Perform order picking from the floor and occasionally from upper locations (high-reach experience is a plus).Build and secure pallets to ensure stability and prevent tipping.Maintain a fast-paced workflow while ensuring accuracy and quality in order selection

.Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.Mandatory: 3-4 years of experience operating a double pallet jack—no exceptions.Ability to work overtime as needed to meet workload demands.Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly. Team lifts for 50+Strong sense of urgency and ability to excel in a production environment.

Pay Rate & Shifts:

$17.00 per hour.Sunday to Thursday8:30 PM to 5:00 AM.
