Job Title: Order Selector
Job Description

We are seeking an Order Selector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lift up to 100lbs, operate an electric pallet jack, and maintain a flexible schedule. You will be working in a freezer environment, where temperatures may reach -15 degrees F. No previous selecting experience is required, but candidates must be willing to be trained and certified on the necessary equipment. This role does not involve computer use.

Work Environment

This position involves working in a freezer environment where temperatures can reach -15 degrees F. Each team consists of 12-15 selectors, each with their own picking list. Candidates are encouraged to wear thick jackets, long johns, or other thermal clothing to stay warm. Most employees acclimate to the cold quickly as they are constantly moving around the freezer.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00
