Summary:

Responsible for packing and weighing product efficiently with minimal errors. Will process various products for freezing or fresh productions at an established production and quality level.

Key Responsibilities: 

Pack fresh fillets and IQF fillets to company expectations in production and quality for fresh orders and for freezing.Process and pack bottom fish, salmon, shrimp, Sardines, Whiting, and Crab during those seasons at established production and quality levels.Ensure all pallets are wrapped and stacked correctly to ensure minimal movement of boxes in transit.Communicate supply material levels as needed.Maintain and ensure proper use of company equipment.Follow all established company safety and health guidelines.Keep work area clean and organized; follow established sanitation protocols.Provide back up support for other duties as needed.Perform other duties, as assigned.

What you will bring to Pacific Seafood: 

Required

Must have experience in the utilization of food processing equipment, in sanitation and food safety.

Preferred

Experience with the safe operation of forklifts and powered pallet jacks.

Salary Range: $19.00 hourly
