**Job Title: Order Selector - S/R** **Job Description** The candidate will be responsible for picking and filling orders based on products that need to be shipped out for delivery. The shift will start with a pick sheet containing specific product numbers and orders. The candidate will use an automated headset that provides details on the specific aisle, row, product number, and quantity of the order to be picked. The candidate will fill a tote with the full order and bring it to the shipping dock where it will be packaged and wrapped. This picking process is repeated throughout the shift. **Responsibilities** + Pick and fill orders based on the pick sheet + Use an automated headset to locate specific products + Fill totes with the correct products and quantities + Bring filled totes to the shipping dock for packaging + Repeat the picking process for each new order **Essential Skills** + Attention to detail + Strong work ethic + Good communication skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6 months of warehouse, picking, or inventory experience + Comfortable with repetitive work + Capable of continuous light lifting + Ability to stand for the entire shift + No education requirements **Why Work Here?** The work environment is clean, well-kept, and temperature-controlled. Employees enjoy a laid-back atmosphere with minimal communication required, allowing them to focus on their tasks. **Work Environment** The warehouse facility is very clean and well kept, with concrete floors and temperature control. There are 6-8 people on each shift. Candidates are required to wear closed-toe shoes and sleeved shirts. Comfortable shoes are highly recommended as employees will be on their feet for the entire shift. A headset will be provided on the first day of work. The environment is laid-back, with most workers keeping to themselves and completing orders independently. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
