ABOUT YOUR ROLE: To contribute to Customer satisfaction and Brands success, ensuring accurate and timely handling of order, shipment and return activities, to and from our Customers, across all APAC Brands.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Include but not limited to To execute order entry, amend, release, upon request of customers and internal business partners, in compliance with system and governance rules.To track and monitor order fulfilment and delivery. Promptly follow upon risks and opportunities identified and communicate with stakeholders appropriately. To manage customer returns, claims and defectives timely to ensure customer satisfaction and internal follow up of quality issues with the appropriate functions.To produce and distribute commercial and customs documents as required by customer and country legislations.To contribute to the harmonization and optimization of business processes, through knowledge sharing and continuous improvement attitudeWHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
