Order Taker Summary

The Order Taker is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests while taking and entering their food and beverage orders. The ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment and have excellent listening and communication skills. Duties include greeting guests, taking orders accurately and entering them into the point-of-sale system, providing accurate information about menu items, answering questions, and providing additional assistance as needed.
