An Order-Taker is responsible for servicing room service operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience while optimising sales and controlling costs.

\nWhat will I be doing?

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\n\n\tEnsure compliance of brand standards\n\tResponsible for answering all telephone calls and prioritizing said calls\n\tShould have very good telephone etiquettes\n\tDirectly involved in the order taking and order placing process while dealing with guest requests and orders, courteously, efficiently and promptly\n\tShould have good knowledge of room service menu's and on going promotions in other F&B outlets\n\tBe knowledgeable of all services, facilities and products offered by the hotel\n\tCommunicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, recook orders and product availability\n\tEnsure proper appearance and grooming while on duty\nWhat are we looking for?
