About the opportunity

 Join our Finance Vertical as Order to Cash Administrator in Melbourne to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences.

Reporting into Order to Cash Assistant Manager, you will help us manage sales ledger and credit control tasks for our customers.  Some of the other responsibilities include:

Month end reporting on debt and ECL including credit riskMailbox and Salesforce cases - escalated queries – both internal and externalPost bank entries relating to Order to Cash postingsContract maintenance and invoicing of customersComplete Audit checks / tasksDay to day finance processingReport process improvements to Order to Cash Assistant ManagerReview and reconcile integrations from the operating platforms/Salesforce to Netsuite to ensure completeness and integrity of the invoicing Create SOPs where neededCreate bank paymentsMonth end analysis

Location: In this position, you can work from home 100% in Australia. However, preference would be given to Melbourne based candidate who can occasionally work from our office alongside your team.

Required qualifications for this role:

Previous work experience in finance (particularly Accounts Receivable)Proven credit control experience, working on key accounts within a Business to Business organisationExperience with accounting knowledge within sales ledger and book keepingProven excel skills to a good standardProcess improvementExperience with Stripe (not essential)Excellent written and verbal communication skills with tactful telephone mannerSelf-driven in seeking resolutions to a high standardCustomer- centric and flexible with the ability to handle overdue credit accounts with risk-based approach in order not to jeopardise relationship with customer
