Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Order-to-Cash (O2C) Domain Architect to join our Enterprise Applications team, responsible end to end for Nokia's Order Intake & Management solutions, used across all Business Groups and Functions. Our current mission is to simplify and modernize our application portfolio and to transform into a fast moving, product-oriented and customer-focused technology organization.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in O2C processes, ERP SAP systems, and a deep understanding of the business processes and technical aspects of the order management, invoicing, collections, and cash application functions.
Your skills and experience
Master's or five-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 5+ years focused on the Order-to-Cash (O2C) business and process domain Deep knowledge of SAP ERP systems and O2C processes, including order management, supply, invoicing, collections, and cash applications. Experience with integration technologies such as APIs, middleware, and data management platforms. Strong understanding of financial and billing systems, with experience in EDI, B2B, and payment gateways Familiarity with automation tools and AI/ML in O2C, such as robotic process automation (RPA). Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to all levels of and organization Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams, influence key stakeholders, and drive architectural decisions.
It would be nice if you also had:
Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and familiarity with SaaS platforms related to O2C processes. Experience working on LeanIX platform

How You will contribute and what You will learn
As O2C Domain Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the architecture and integration of systems within the order-to-cash process, ensuring alignment with business goals, processes and Digital Office strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, supply chain, Digital Office and Partners, to create scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that enhance business operations and optimize the entire O2C cycle.
As part of our team, you will contribute to a number of activities including:
Define and maintain the architecture for the O2C domain, ensuring scalability, security, industry best practices and alignment with Business and Digital Office strategies Lead the design of technical solutions across the entire O2C process for order management, warehouse management, invoicing, collections and cash application, ensuring seamless integration between systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, B2B platforms) Partner with business analysts, functional teams, and solution architects to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs and high-level architecture diagrams Drive continuous improvements in the O2C process and systems by identifying automation opportunities, operational efficiency and reduce service costs Review and approve design proposals and system changes related to O2C processes to maintain consistency and adherence to standards. Main point of contact for projects involving O2C systems and processes, ensuring clear communication across teams, workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and address technical challenges. Ensure solutions are compliant with relevant security, legal, regulatory, and governance requirements Stay current and explore emerging technologies, frameworks and trends that could enhance the O2C processes, including automation, AI, and machine learning for financial processes. Collaborate with other domain architects to align the O2C architecture with the overall enterprise Digital Office landscape Mentor junior architects and provide guidance to project teams on best practices and technology choices within the domain
