Your role:

Leads the Zone MEA FI OTC CA-DI&AT ALG function and reports to the Zone Order-to-Cash Contract Administration (OTC) Head Steers and oversees the relevant tasks to perform the OTC CA DI&AT activities e.g. all commercial aspects during project realization, contract clarification (terms & conditions, legal review), SD contract processing, monitoring of order and non-conformance costsEnsures operational and customer excellence; drives Revenue, Gross Margin, and Cash (in collaboration with Zone AR Lead) and Operating Working Capital OptimizationResponsible for IFRS compliance and corresponding Revenue Recognition ensuring integrity of books and records.Provides backlog transparency and forecast accuracy in close alignment with the Business Areas / Business Horizontals counterparts.Drives revenue forecast and budget roll up in collaboration with OTC Project Management lead in ALG. Accountable and drives cycle time reduction from order to the factory to invoicing for the subzone.Performs proactive AR management towards the customer, drives A/R overdue reduction, DSO development, and Cash collection.Coordinating and meeting the customers to ensure timely collections.Ensures an effective dunning process and follow up of complaints/ disputes until resolution.Responsible for active AR management and communication with internal stakeholders/ interfaces.Sending balance confirmation / Statement of Accounts to Customers / BPs either through digital platform or registered post where required.Effective credit management and responsible for implementation of Global Customer to Cash policyDrives harmonization, standardization, digitalization, and productivity within the OTC CA process according to the global governance framework “OTC@Healthineers”.Steers and governs customer interactions throughout the implementation phase; Interface with the Sales and Service organization as well as the “Offer to Order department” and BA/BLs organization.Develops team members and elevates their skillset(s) in order to address future challenges due to internal or external developments in OTC CA & AR.

Your expertise and qualifications:

University degree in related discipline or advanced degree, where required or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 7-10 years of corporate finance and accounting experience or equivalentKnowledge of IFRS accounting principlesPractical/hands-on experience within the OTC environment such as order management, logistics, commercial project controlling and receivable management.Excellent communication skills to lead the subzone organization and provide transparency in a complex matrix environment.Superior financial and analytical skills required to provide detailed and conclusive findings from provided data sources. Strong interpersonal skills to lead, engage, motivate, and develop diverse team.Ability to go deep into processes to drive harmonization across the subzone.Deep knowledge of ERP system (SAP) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Proficiency in English language
