YOUR ROLE Manage SAP ticket handling and dispatch
Generate and send Customer Segmentation, CMP Utilization, Open Order, Billing Due List reports
Monitor Customer Management Portal (CMP) Request Status
Release billing blocks in SAP
Coordinate and document Continuous Improvement (CI) project support activities
Create weekly Open Orders and daily Stock on Hand (SOH) & Good Receipt (GR) reports from SAP
Develop Customer Service Support (CSS) Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Dashboard and video training manuals for Customer Service Support tools/processes YOUR SKILLS Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance, or Accountancy related courses
Knowledge in MS Office software required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); SAP and VBA is highly preferred
Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills
Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
