**Job purpose**
To oversee the Order to Cash team driving performance and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking.
**Duties and responsibilities**
+ Lead and manage the OTC team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders and invoices.
+ Manages monthly closing activities by reviewing related journal entries and reporting.
+ Responsible in hiring and training for new hires.
+ Ensure meeting clients’ expectation in term of service quality.
+ Review the accuracy of customer master data maintained in the SAP system and ensure supporting documents are saved in share drive.
+ Review the accuracy of vendor master data maintained in the SAP system and ensure supporting documents are saved in share drive.
+ Review desktop procedure from time-to-time.
+ Develop and implement processes to enhance operational efficiency.
+ Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
+ Act as the primary point of contact for escalated sector issues and complex inquiries.
+ Collaborate with other departments to improve cross-functional processes.
+ Prepare and present reports to management on team performance metrics and review team members’ KPIs.
+ Allocate job tasks to team members and arranging backup within the team.
+ Support in audit activities.
**Qualifications**
+ Degree in Accounting with minimum 5 years or more in OTC relevant experiences or full set of accounts.
+ At least 5 years in SAP experience.
+ MNC share service exposure is preferable.
+ Good communication skills in written and spoken in Mandarin & English.
+ Computer literally especially excels basic and intermediate level (Pivot, formula) words and presentation skills.
+ Project management skills will be value added.
+ Personality with responsible, tactful, good in communication and problem solving skills.
+ Able to work under pressure during month end closed and ad-hoc support as and when required.
