Order to Remittance Team Lead
Job Description SummaryThe OTR Team Leader is responsible for leading the order entry, and remittance team to ensure first class OTR processes for the Surgery business.

Job Description

​Responsibilities:

Provide direct management to a team of OTR Specialists supporting the Surgery US regionEnsure order entry with technical and financial classification.Work together with sourcing team on fulfillment of dropship orders.Interface with internal and external customers, such as marketing, sales, engineering, manufacturing, materials; to assure on time delivery (SCOT and OTD)Work together with Production Planners to align customer’s needs.Provide customer service and answer all questions to all internal and external customers on topics related with Order Management.Ensure and control the credit and returns process.Work with compliance by following and updating the related documents.Coordinate shipments with forwarders.Ensure revenue by making sure the final documents are completed in the systems.Manage backlog of orders, support material allocation decisions, and communications of any changes to the plan.In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with 3 or more years production, supply chain experience or leadership, or High School diploma/GED and 7 or more years production or supply chain experienceAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Must be very familiar with common formulas and tools (vlookup, if, sumif, index, match, pivot tables, etc.)Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.)Excellent interpersonal skills.Onsite 5 days a week preferred

Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, present, and execute programs.Established project management skills.Lean Manufacturing Experience, including leading AWOs
