Description We’re excited to offer a contract-to-permanent opportunity for an Order Verification Specialist with a leading manufacturer based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. In this dynamic role, you will be at the heart of ensuring order accuracy, supporting invoice reviews, and assisting with data analysis and report generation. As an Order Verification Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining operational efficiency and compliance while collaborating closely with various teams to drive accurate pricing and data validation. Responsibilities: • Partner with the Finance team to execute seamless monthly, quarterly, and annual invoice reviews • Validate and cross-check collected data for accuracy and consistency • Ensure full adherence to SOX Compliance standards • Review and confirm the accuracy of orders and pricing to maintain consistency and reliability • Work closely with Customer Service and Pricing Analysts to verify and confirm accurate pricing • Assist with data analysis and report creation using advanced Excel functions and other software tools • Provide support to pricing associates with price quote requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses This is an exciting opportunity to bring your attention to detail and collaboration skills to a fast-paced environment with room for growth!
