Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday

Arvato, a leading provider of logistics and supply chain management services, is seeking a dedicated control tower operator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient order processing, internal flow of goods, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Your Tasks

 

Plan, monitor, and control order processing and internal flow of goods to ensure on-time shipment completion and compliance with specified SLAs/KPIsIndependently identify and resolve problems, initiate appropriate measures, and communicate with specialist departments and managementExecute key performance indicator reports, conduct system research, and assist in capacity planningConduct ABC analyses and organize pick faces for efficient warehouse operationsSupport and implement projects related to logistics and warehouse managementServe as the primary contact person and support for departments, account/operations management, and Armada supportProvide SAP first-level IT supportConduct inventories, stock counts, checks, and postings accurately and efficiently
Your Profile

 

Strong solution orientation with excellent organizational skillsExperience working in a warehouse environment and familiarity with logistics/transport processesProficiency in SAP system (WMS) and experience in using JIRA (desirable)Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, with excellent time management and organizational abilitiesProficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and other relevant computer applicationsExcellent attention to detail with good numerical skills and record-keeping abilitiesProactive and initiative-driven approach to ensure timely completion of tasksCollaborative team player with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teamsCommitment to organizational values and behaviorsSolution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take corrective action
