Your Home Improvement Company - Ordering Coordinator
With the continued growth of our company, we are seeking an additional Ordering Coordinator. Experience with ordering in the Construction field preferred, but not necessary, we will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities Process measures and create ordersAuditing material ordersCreate sales commission sheetsKey orders into respective vendor portals (or email)Maintain vendor contacts regarding materials: availability/time framesAssist with end of month and end of year totalsOrder stock materialsCRM updatingOther duties as assigned Qualifications Strong Administrative and Communication SkillsData Entry with high accuracyMaintain focus in a fast-paced environmentWork well under pressureAbility to work a full 40 hours a week with great attendance is a MUSTAbility to work on multiple monitorsHigh attention to detailWorking comprehension of Microsoft office specifically Excel and OutlookTeam player with the capability to work independentlyBasic math skillsThis is not a remote position, you must have reliable transportation
