Amentum is seeking an Ordnance Engineer to join our team providing technical and engineering support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, VA. The candidate will review and analyze technical ordnance/radar/communication data; update various ordnance databases; develop and review technical documentation related to MIL-STD-464, MIL-STD-461, MIL-HDBK-235, and MIL-HDBK-240; perform analyses of new and relocated transmitter and weapon systems with respect to ordnance maximum allowable environments (MAE); provide techniques of mitigation or develop emission control plans to eliminate or moderate conflicts.
