• You will relevant to transformation initiatives: This includes analysis outcomes, key milestones, goals, timelines, deliverables, and reports.
• You will be in charge of headcount Reports: Detailed reports on workforce planning and headcount management.
• You will document with analysis outcomes: These documents include assessments and actions for optimization activities.
• You will Framework for the launch of new initiatives: This includes all necessary documentation, communication plans, and other preparatory materials.

•You are familiar with change management principles and experience in leading transformational change initiatives within complex organizations would be advantageous
•University degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent
•You have work experience in Mobile/Fixed Network Operator/Supplier in telecommunications or relevant ICT area
•You have preferrable with Project Management and/or SAFe/Agile project management certifications
•Awareness in Change Management frameworks (Lean Six Sigma or equivalent) will be appreciated.
